Members can publish relevant personal and professional information including knowledge, skills, abilities, projects, title, department; add attachments including reports, documents, pictures, multimedia. Members can select specific information from their personal profile to display in the member directory, sharing as little or as much information as they'd like.
Personal Briefcase
Each member of the community has a personal "briefcase" to store, organize, and manage important documents in your private space; add and delete files in a secure space that you can access from anywhere, just like a portable USB key. All members also have a private mailbox within the community.
Contact Manager
Members can establish other members as "contacts" and keep up-to-date on their status, contributions, expertise and knowledge within the online community.
Member Directory
The Member Directory can serve as a social or business directory across your group or organization. Members can share professional and / or personal information depending on policies set by community administrators. Only information marked as public by members will be displayed.
Messaging
Create and send private messages to any member of your community quickly and easily. Ideal for sending reminders, updates, and questions related to a specific member. Members are notified via email that they have messages in their community "inbox". Members can communicate without disclosing their email addresses.
Status ("Twitter"- like Functionality)
