Full document control allows you to add, edit, copy, move, hide, delete, check out, track versions, access, activity, and other properties of all content.  Manage the history of any document; set the number of versions to keep; lock versions for editing preventing overwrites; see profiles of members who added version.

Detailed audit trails ensure that data is secure and easily trackable, recording the  date and time of any action, who performed it, a description of it; and number of page views.  The administrator can view audit trails for any document, folder or object  within the community.

What's New (Pulse)

Pulse displays the most recent activity in your community - from today's updates, to yesterday's and other recent contributions by members of the community.  Allows members to see what's new, recent member posts and comments at a glance.  Contributions to private areas do not appear in Pulse.  Pulse can be enabled or disabled.
